Dimensional Cat Crisis: Operation Bubble

Year 2099: Uruguay is facing a never-before-seen crisis. There’s a health concern over a rapid increase in the feline population. The Public Health Department finished their investigation, and have concluded the cause is interdimensional portals generated by energetic bubbles that cats make when interacting with each other.

Year 2100: Due to concerns over the biological danger and a collapse in the ecosystem, the Public Health Department decided to limit the cat ownership to 10 cats per house. But controlling these felines is a massive ordeal, for each broken bubble, a new cat from a parallel world appears, making the crisis worse and worse. To handle the situation, the government has started to hand out a control kit which includes a ‘chus chus’ (personalized water spray) and an experimental compressed air device to move the bubbles far away from their reach.

Plot:
You are the owner of a house, who the Public Health Department has already defined as dangerous due to the high amount of cats you own. Your mission is clear: Prevent the bubbles from being destroyed, or the government might declare you a critical point. If you don’t succeed, the Health Department won’t hesitate to send a missile to your house to neutralize it.

With only your wits, the chus chus and the device at hand, you must keep balance and survive the crisis... or face your doom!

Game mechanics:

1. Protect the interdimensional bubbles:
Use the compressed air device to move the bubbles to a more secure place, far away from the cats’ grasp.
Think carefully for a place where the cats won’t easily reach them.

2. Handle the cats:
Use the chus chus to stun the cats, and prevent them from approaching the bubbles.
Keep in mind the spray is not unlimited, you must use it responsibly.

3. Handle the chaos:
The difficulty continuously increases, with more cats, unstable bubbles, and chaotic events like portals which appear at random.
You must keep the cats in check, since if you exceed 10, the Health Department will send a warning.

4. Random events:
Interdimensional portals which make cats with unique abilities appear (Some positive, some negative)
Rewards from the government if you manage to survive long enough.

Objective:
Keep your house under the cat limit, and prevent the interdimensional chaos from ensuing. Use the compressed air device and the chus chus to move and protect the bubbles, survive as long as possible, and find a way to close the portals forever before the government loses their patience.
